We make handcrafted chocolates from whole ingredients. Our flavor inspirations are sourced mostly from local farms, our garden, and the wild landscapes around New Hampshire and Maine.

This fall, we will start making our own chocolate from heirloom, wild, and small farm cacao beans. As we make this transition, we are honored to use Dancing Lion Chocolate’s excellent couverture.
