Can I add a gift message?

Always! Let us know in the checkout what you want it to say and when you want it to arrive. We can also send a card to you for in-person giving. Gift messages are color printed on elegant cardstock.

What if my order gets lost or chocolates arrived damaged?

Chocolate is delicate, and we rely on the USPS. If your order doesn’t make it to you or your chocolates arrived damaged, contact us by email, and we will make it right. And if we ever get an order wrong, please let us know. We try to get it right, but we are a small operation and not perfect!

Are your chocolates suitable for those with food allergies? Do they contain nuts, dairy, gluten, or soy?

Please see our statement on allergens here. If you would ever like to request that a flavor be swapped for something you can’t consume, let us know by email after you place your order, and we will do our best to accommodate you. We hope in the future to offer a vegan line of chocolates.
