We make handcrafted chocolates from whole ingredients. Our flavor inspirations are sourced mostly from local farms, our garden, and the wild landscapes around New Hampshire and Maine.

We have a very busy December market schedule! Hope to see you! We will also be selling at our new home in Garrison Provisions in downtown Dover. We will post our shop hours soon.

This fall, we will start making our own chocolate from heirloom, wild, and small farm cacao beans. As we make this transition, we are honored to use Dancing Lion Chocolate’s excellent couverture.
