It is hard to say if we are a new company or a rather old one.
In 2002, we sold our first truffle (a cayenne ganache that was too sweet!) at Zingerman’s deli in Ann Arbor. I made them (first time!) for a party, and a friend’s girlfriend was the new chocolate manager and tasted them at a party we . She sold the leftovers.
