A subscription includes three boxes of 9 pieces each month for three months: one elegant box arriving automatically at your door in mid September, October, and November.

Expect inventive layers and whimsical combinations—anything we find interesting and delicious in the spur of the season. We use locally available and foraged ingredients as much as possible (berries, herbs, chilis, shagbark hickory, honey) to create one-of-a-kind flavors for you to sample.
